Great service lovely people
I am devastated and appalled by the gross negligence and incompetence of this veterinary practice. Our beloved kitten was misdiagnosed by Vet Tristan with FIV, leading us to spend £4000 on unnecessary medication. In reality, she had a liver shunt, a condition that could have been easily treated if it had been identified earlier. Despite numerous visits and consultations, including being sent to three different Medi Vets, our kitten’s blood tests were never sent to the lab.
