Service at Cher's was top shelf and the price was very reasonable. She is very humble and actually has a wealth of experience from where she came to settle in our little town. My longstanding hair stylist who is also my client has never charged me since I started doing work for him 23 years ago. He's already jealous in a "Seinfeld Episode Kind of Way" because he charges women $300 for a haircut.
