My wheelchair van had a misfire while driving down the highway. I called other shops around the area and they refused to even look at my vehicle due to the fact it was modified for a wheelchair. I called Cherrywood auto repair and right away Told me to bring the Van in and they would have a Mechanic look at it. I’m a towing company with over 10 years in the business and a solid 5-star reputation for customer satisfaction. We were called by a customer whose vehicle was stuck in their driveway and needed it transported to Cherrywood Auto Repair. Please let people know that you charge $50/day for storage. We had a car towed there from a distance and it sat without being evaluated for a number of days. The estimate was done on day 8 and it was not affordable for us . When we declined to do the work, we were charged for the storage, $500 by the day later when I could get the car moved. Had I known about this at the onset, we would have pressed for an estimate on day 2. I felt that this was unfair and I won't be back. They charged me 125$ for an oil change on a honda crv, I get that it's synthetic but that is pretty high of a price regardless. All the places I've called to talk to you after this. I've all quoted me anywhere from 90 to 100. We learn from our mistakes

Horror show. Car went back 3 times. Ended up needing a new engine. Paid for shoddy electric work. Finally went to Chrysler who said the last shop “did a number” on my vehicle. Horrible customer service.
