Poor customer service. Never arrived, but charged our account without service.
To say if I could give less I would. Address says 1000 E Main St in Cherryville. Funny thing, that address is for Pizza hut. And the person I talked to was in a different time zone.
I had a great experience, called and got same day service. Technician showed up within the time window discussed, and was very pleasant to work with. He found the problem got the part and fixed my dryer. I will definitely use again if the need arises. Thanks for your great service!!!

Terrible customer service they apparently sub their work out to individuals. They repaired my mother's washing machine and fridge, while pulling the fridge he ripped her floor in multiple places. We spoke about repairing the floor when it happened, he said somebody would be out next day to look, needles to say we called today and the owner put everything on my mother saying she never documented the damage(she took the guys word).
