Cherryville animal hospital has always taken great care of our pets, but yesterday they were absolutely exceptional. I wish I knew her name, but the tech who was caring for our dog Grace during her final moments is the most kind and compassionate person I have come across. She spoke to her like she could understand, explained what she was doing in detail, and even though Grace could not understand, we did. So I am editing a review from a one star to a three based on my experience here today the relief vet I seen today was absolutely 5 stars she took great care of my big boy The reason it was a 1 star was the wait time being so long it was from like 10 this morning to 130 before I was roomed (I understand they are only walk ins and that takes time i don't mind to wait my turn but today's wait was very long for my big guy and myself) once I was roomed the vet who i seen was amazing and friendly But there's a part of this I don't... read more
I love this place. I've taken my fur babies to other vets before and was never treated as good there. I live about 45 mins from this vet and have a dozen that are closer, but refuse to go anywhere else. I have 3 dogs and one is very protective of me and would show our when I took her elsewhere, but here she will get in the floor and love all over the vet and nurses. I just can't say enough about them
Highly do not recommend taking your Bunny there… I was in a situation where my pet bunny had bumps on her neck and then her back left leg began to fail and she was dragging it… I took her to the vet and she told me she would need to be put down and there wasn’t a cure or medication to make her better and that she had basically what Pavo is for puppies but in bunnies.
