Worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. The associate was not at all confident in what he was doing. I was quoted a certain price, but they needed to wait a few days for the parts to come in. The next day, I received a call and the price was more than double.

Extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my concerns.... Found my new car repair people....
We were told our vehicle was due for a transmission fluid change and flush. My wife was told the reason the quoted price was so high is that our vehicle need 16 quarts of transmission fluid! 16 !!!. I called and ask the manager The manager didn't even know what the vehicle mfg. recommendations were on the service. If I can't trust you, I can't do business with you.
Bad Service Took my car there to have a brake line fixed. When I got in it after paying almost $250 the ABS light was on, which wasn't on when I took it there. The Manager said he drove the car and the ABS wasn't on then. I was very upset and he offered only excuses, i.e., dirt in the brake fluid,etc. The ABS is still on and I'm scared to drive the car without ABS in this weather. I will NEVER go to Goodyear again. Buyer Beware!
Honesty/Integrity Our family has been doing business with these professionals for over a decade. We know we can trust their judgement and are confident their pricing is fair. They will not recommend something just to make an extra buck. They still remember what customer service means and will only recommend what is needed for a safe, reliable automobile. We recommend them to family and friends and have never been disappointed.
They ripped me off. I went in for a single tire replacement and they messed up my alignment of my car which cost me an additional $800 to fix.
Travel from Chicago for Quality, Fair-Priced Auto Repairs My annual savings from Cherryvale Tire vs. an auto dealer is at least 50%. The owner runs supervises work in the shop. Only work that your car needs will be done at a fair price. Highly recommended.
