The towing service was very good. Dawn, the dispatcher, was kind and understanding about me waiting in a dead car in sub-zero temps. She was apologetic that I had to wait and told me that there were a lot of cars with similar issues, and was sorry that it was taking longer than usual. Having dealt with tow trucks in the past, I totally understood. I would recommend them for their good service and especially for the very personable dispatcher.

Great service! I had a Semi truck that ran out of fuel in the middle of the road in Elk Grove Village. No one nearby was able or didn’t want to come out considering its -12 degrees outside for something so “small”, but even if they are a towing company, Cherrys got out, brought fuel to my driver and saved us from the police and overpriced towing that the police would’ve called. They came within 30 minutes!!! Dispatch lady and a manager lady were AMAZING,helpful and kind. Will most definitely call them if i have issues again ... read more
Few days ago, my car stopped in the middle of the road, a friend who lives close by recommended Cherrys, they came out in less than 45 minutes, and towed me to the shop. Great service!
