I sent all my paperwork, waiting my 30 days, had my first appointment and she was very nice but then I got a call from her nurse stating that I needed to find a new doctor because I have too many chronic conditions. I have high blood pressure and ADHD. If she only wants to treat the flu then she should work in an urgent care setting.
I have been a patient in the clinic for several years and I am quite happy with her as my PCP.
Dr. Lindgren is listed with my insurance as taking new patients. I spend 20 minutes updating her on my PCP list, and then called her office to schedule an appointment. I was informed that she was NOT taking new patients, and there was a waiting list. I was also informed that once I was "accepted" by her, there was another 30 day waiting period. If you plan on seeing Dr. Lindgren, I suggest you call her office first so you don't waste your time like I did. Very frustrating to say the least...............
