I give two stars as ive called at least 5 times to change just the name on the recipient. And for some reason that couldn’t have been done while they took 6-7 hours for the delivery from the point of purchase even though i paid for “rush shipping” the extra star is for the actual flowers which were good.
I placed an order for my girlfriend and they were able to be delivered the next day. She loved them and the little arrangement was beautiful!
