I only have two electric utility companies to compare to - DTE and Cherryland - but Cherryland is more affordable by far and responsive. When my father passed away they were super helpful in getting this switched over and making sure I knew about his capital credits that remained. My only complaint would be that I had to get a new fuse box installed at my dad's former home - and when I did more than half of the cost was to pay someone from Cherryland to be there the entire time it was disconnected and then reconnected and ac... read more

AWFUL company. I was completely LIED to By one employee, and then treated terribly by another whom was incredibly condescending and passive-aggressive. Seriously, take your business elsewhere if you can. I’m also in the process of filing a complaint through BBB.
