Excellent service. Helpful and unusual courtesy these days
I have used this company since 2016. They have been nothing but nice. If we have any rare outages, they have handled them extremely quickly. Way better than downstate. And they communicated the whole time. Also, I was going through a lot of stress and completely missed paying my bill a couple of times. They simply tacked the overdue amount to the next month.
