I lived in quite a lot of places when I served in the Navy. Overall, I've had a not-great experience with Cherryland. I would change providers if I could. I preferred Consumers to them a lot more.
We came up to our cabin to find the power was out. There was a line down and it was really cold. We called and in less than an hour and a half we were back up. From the person on the phone to the person who came to the door, they were so friendly, understanding, and helpful. He even took care of a tree across our driveway!
