The manager is intensely rude and has no sense of propriety and respect for rule enforcement. She will fail to understand that she creates a hostile environment to live in, but if you explain it to her, she just sits back and says it's the rules. The park is currently in a major phase of much and long-needed improvements, but they are also heavily penalizing tenants to achieve their aesthetic and profit goals.

I wrote a check to this company a couple of weeks ago for an application fee they cashed it and I still have heard no word. I have offered to leave a deposit and have a cosigner I still cannot get a phone call or any correspondence sent to me in mail. None of the other residents in the park seem to have anything good to say about these people. I have heard if they don't like the way you look they will not rent to you, do yourself a favor and don't consider living here. This company is shady

don't live here or buy a home here, I have lived here for ten years and about 7 years ago Mike and Mary Mcginnis bought the park and they do absolutely nothing around here. No landscaping no managers on site, they never return your calls and basically they are a Pair of SLUMLORDS.

Ive never lived in MHP before, So its been a quick adjustment, because ive been too busy making friends.

I would not live in this place the management is unprofessional and extremely rude and they treat people as though they are not worth their time. I would find some place else this place is horrible...
