Every single day is a new inconvenience—constant notices, random work orders, and disruptions that make it impossible to feel at home. Used to live here for two years. New management came and said my newly renovated apartment needed to be renovated while offering a comparable unit visible smaller and 800 dollars more. I left after 60 day notice. Was already a budget place. Now it's just full of pet mud and management complaints. Ps. I worked right around the corner at the hospital and still got a notice. 🤷♂️🤦♂️
Since Spieker took over Cherryhill Apartments, everything has gone downhill. It's getting worse every day. The manager and office staff do nothing but create problems for tenants, inventing excuses to harass us. For example, I received a late rent notice when I had already paid my rent on the first of November, handing the check directly to one of the staff members. When I confronted her about it, she acted confused, asked if I had actually paid, and then blamed her mistake on another employee, saying, "She’s new; she made a... read more
This community has a new property management company, and the management is very poor. Living here is like being in prison. I do not recommend this community.
Not worth living at the cost and amenities they give. If u skip or delay rent, they will take u to the court, only to make Money. Not to mention the infestation of rats and bed bugs. Worst ever experience for my friends family, who’s had to move out and pay unnecessary closure charges. We came back with bed bugs to our house. Worst Manager to deal with at this office.
