Leeonna at the front desk is the sweetest ever. Gave me a complete tour and even showed me the nearby park
Low quality, high price range
Every time I come in, the office is closed earlier than posted—sometimes 30 minutes early, sometimes the whole day—without any notice. One staff member, Asian girl, was very rude and refused to help when I only asked for a rent payment receipt, telling me to come back the next day, even though there were 30mins before closing, saying people called in sick. Not everyone has the flexibility to make multiple trips
