I went to Parham Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center at 2400 E. Parham Road on April 19, 2024. I found out that this is not a rehabilitation center but a healthcare center. The website is misleading. From the lobby, I saw our seniors who have worked all of their lives just sitting in wheelchairs in the hallway. THEY DESERVE BETTER.. My sister passed away on May 15, 2024. My only regret is that she had to spend some of the final weeks of her life at Huntersville Rehabilitation Center. With the exception of one or two aids, my sister was treated with a lack of respect and care from the nursing team. She entered the facility with some bed sores so she would cry out due to the pain. From an administration and billing point of view, they do not pay their bills. They called my company to do an install, we quickly scheduled it and within days had the job complete. That was in March 2024. to date, (5/22/24) they have not paid and when we call, they send us to dead ends on the phone.

I would have given them a minus star if I could. My husband was there and the service was horrible. They didn't know the doctor's schedule for being there. They would give medication to residences before checking their blood pressure which is not good if a person has high blood pressure. They had trouble reading residence's charts. It was more important to collect finished food trays than to help a person to the bathroom. if you rang for a nurse it sometimes would take 15 or more minutes to get someone to come to the roo... read more

I want to write a review about the Physical Therapy Department, They are awesome people down there. They have been so good to me. I have most of the time had Penny and Mandy but the other ones that I have had when Penny and Mandy have been unavailable are awesome too.. They have done my therapy and allowed me to come down there and cook and I have had such a good time. Not sure when I’m going home, but I sure am going to miss them. Kathy, you have such a good group of people down there and I have really enjoyed all of you.

I am so glad I applied for a CNA position at Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center. The admin staff I must say are very professional and greeting me with a smile. They made me feel welcome and Ms Tonia Human Resources was very helpful. I thank Ms. Lisa for giving me the opportunity to be a part of the Team.

Worst medical care I have seen in my life!!! There is nothing more that I can say that could more clearly some up our visit to the emergency room via 911!! After repeated falls in the last two days our family member was discharged with even though he hit his head on the driveway. Actually, to be honest, I would not take my pet hamster to this hospital after what I witnessed this evening.

I stopped in today to just get some information about the facility. The receptionist was extremely rude. She was not helpful at all and acted as if I was a disruption for walking in the door to spend money at the facility.
