I ordered a custom piece through Cherrycore and communication was . They were really friendly and informative, making sure to keep me updated through the process, which I really appreciated. Even when there was an issue with the earring top being ordered in the wrong gauge, they helped sort that out straight away. Will definitely be buying from them again.
Had the absolute best time with Bianca and Beth. My cousins and I came in on a piercing side quest and they took such good care of us. They were both super knowledgeable, informative and helpful with picking jewelry, figuring out placements, and walking us through aftercare. Really appreciate the personal touch and care they put into everything, and our piercings are all healing well with no issues!

I came in wanting a daith piercing but Bianca advised me I didn't have the anatomy for it despite it being her favourite one to do, which I appreciated. I've had other piercings done instead which are healing well. I like the studio's professionalism, use of implant grade titanium (they've got a nice range of base jewellery and the prettier pieces are still very reasonable), and they're super responsive with their check-ins to make sure the healing process is going smoothly. I'd come more often if I lived closer.
