The customer service is amazing and super friendly, it made the whole experience fun and welcoming. The cleanliness is outstanding. Amazing quality jewellery! You can really feel the quality in it, comparing the proper implant grade titanium to my old surgical steel septum rings are like day and night, i cant believe i used surgical steel for so long now.
