I have had multiple appointments with Dr Ali at Cherrybrook Medical Centre, and every visit has reinforced what an exceptional doctor he is. I had an appointment with Dr. Laleh Janizadeh and arrived on time. I asked reception how many people were ahead of me, and they told me there were two. After waiting 30 minutes, two patients went in and out, yet my name was still not called. I went back to reception, and they again insisted there were two people ahead of me.
