My family and I stopped at Sorrenti’s for some dinner a little while ago. The food was delicious as always... especially the chicken parm! (It’s my favorite!) But, I wanted to leave a review because our server, Arne, was absolutely awesome! He was extremely up-beat and friendly; his smile was wonderful. He was also very attentive, and made sure that we had everything we needed quickly. He’s a huge asset to your team, and we were thrilled to have him as our server this evening!!!
Visited Brooke and Erica at the winery.. great experience, unfortunately, our experience with the pizza house was less than exemplary. Blah food, charcuterie platter was lacking, Bruschetta was bland, expensive pitcher of sangria which amounted to exactly two glasses. Wouldn’t eat here again, but will definitely visit Brooke and Erica for some watermelon rose:)
Went there with some friends to do a wine tasting, and had such a pleasant experience! Brooke was very knowledgeable about the wine & gave us lots of tips! Will be back ☺️
Had a wonderful and relaxing time.
Dont bother on event days. Staff doesnt know how to properly seat their guests. Rude staff in pizza shop. Waited an hour and half and still didnt get seated. Refuse to patron a snarky business. Thumbs down
very poor customer service skills. There was a miscommunication with calling ahead. My mom was told to call when we were there and we would be added to the list. We were never added to a list and waited 2 hours we finally went in to question it and they said they do not do call ahead seating. They sat us at a 6 top 45 minutes after that only to re sit that table right after we sat down. We were told to get up and they then proceeded to sit the table with a party of 2.
