Cherry Valley exceeded expectations for replacing my water heater. I noticed water leaking at noon, and decided to text Cherry Valley based on reviews, and that fact that they were local business and close to Caledonia. I texted at 12:30, and had a new water heater installed by 3:30. I know I got lucky with a tech having an opening in my area at that time, but for a company to still make that work means that they are nimble and care about their customers, even if you are a first time customer.
