Today on 01/06/26 I had DOT INSPECTION that resulted in a few violation in valley central NY, I looked these guys up & in minutes they pulled up, they diagnosed the parts that needed replacement, they quoted the price & prevented me from wasting a lot of money on tow truck & fees, within a few hours I was rolling. All I can say is WOW. I’ve had a bad 24 hours. I called Cherry Valley Fleet Services in hope they could change a tire out on a Home Depot box truck rental. He informed me they didn’t have my tire size and couldn’t help me. I was bummed and after having a bad 24 hours I just accepted that nothing was going to go right. I WAS WRONG. He gave me 3 shops in town that might be able to help me. Unfortunately those shops were closed but it was the thought that counted. All i will say is..WOW! Simon first showed up after i call Coach.Net ...the first repair man never showed up! Then i got a call from Julian from CVFS...outstanding with me on the phone! He first sent Simon...SUPER nice! Julian came a bit later,ALSO Super nice! and they both worked for hours...and then the RV started!! I was with my Sister, her daughter,and her daughter!
