10 weeks, gravestone still not at the site. No base poured. Calls are responded to by telling you computer is down. Website contacts are called back but told that another will call me back. Business group recommended them, they have now lost that recommendation. Update gravestone arrived, 11 weeks.

We arrived to find an empty store with a phone on a desk. We called the number, and Kitty (the owner) arrived half an hour later, and asked us to wait while she ate her sub in her office. After a half hour, she did not come out, so we gave up and left. One star is for giving our grieving children butterscotches.

I would not give them any stars...this business is terrible. 90 days and my parents still weren't in their headstone bevel... Owner had lots of excuses...finally demanded my money and my parents ashes back...took them down the road to letter memorials and they will be in their resting place within a week... C v memorials also overcharges...so please ship around!
