Unprofessional.They ordered all the bridesmaids dress's (including mine) in the incorrect size.They did not offer to reorder the correct size,pay for alterations, or refunds.They did not consult with the bride about anything. Terrible service. If you plan on going to them you should also plan on setting aside another 100 because apparently measurements aren't taken seriously there.

I do not live close to this bridal store, so I had to call in my measurements (waist, bust, hips) so they could order me a bridesmaid dress. Long story short, they ordered me a dress that was not even my size (the dress was HUGE), and I had to go spend over $100 just to get it altered/taken in because the dress was a size and a half too big. The bridal shop tired to tell me that it was the size that I gave with my measurements, but I am an eight, and they gave me a ten. We had an awesome experience at Cherry Tree Lane. My daughter lives in Birmingham but came to shop in our hometown area for her wedding dress. We went to several shops in the area and were not impressed-UNTIL we walked in the door at CHERRY TREE LANE! From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. They made this special "Wedding dress Shopping day" everything my daughter imagined it to be. From the dress selection down to the shoes, alterations, etc. CTL went above and beyond our expectations!
