I recently ate at the Cherry Street Grille. I haven't been there for a while, only because I have been eating other places and have been out of town and otherwise busy for the last several months. I was very pleased to have chosen to eat at the Grille again. Our server was very pretty and very pleasant. I have eaten at Cherry Street Grille several times. The food is mediocre, and the service gets worse every time. The waiters, managers, and even the store owner are incredibly rude and have no concern for customer satisfaction. When their machines were down (something they failed to tell us before we ordered) they expected us to drive across town to find a working atm and pay the atm fee so we could pay them in cash, full price plus the fee. The owners/manger of the Cherry Street Grill should focus more on providing good service and a clean dining environment as opposed to complaining about and punishing customers who choose to use their credit/debit cards! The whole place is wallpapered in poorly written signs stating that they incurred over 6000.00 dollars in credit/debit charges, which figures out to 3% of what they took in via credit/debit payments.
