I rented a unit here for about 3 years. The inside of my unit stayed dry and didn't have any evidence of pests. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for storage on the west side. Let the owner know ahead of time if you will be using a large trailer, as you may not be able to access the middle units with it.

Clean and convenient. Owner was very responsive in issuing a refund when we were accidentally charged after moving out of the unit.
Unfortunately had to edit my 5 star review. I cancelled the unit as I didn't need it anymore, and they are still charging my account. Its now been overdrafted and Ive had a very difficult week. With a 3-4 day turnaround time with communication, this is still not resolved. Avoid this place. FOLLOW-UP: It took almost 10days to get my $ back and Ben Goyo wouldnt refund the overdraft fee I incurred.
