I had the best experience at Cherry Ridge. I happened to be in PA for the week when my pup started showing signs of a recurring ear infection. He was very uncomfortable, walking around with his head tilted to one side. I was able to get him an urgent care appointment the next day and was extremely happy with my experience. We were seen within 5 minutes and Dr. Henry was very thorough and took the time answer all our questions. She thoroughly cleaned out his ears and placed medication in his ears. Brought all 6 pets there for last 18 months- Money is top priority. If they can do a procedure there, then they are very nice. If they have to refer, you are on your own. Their version of referral is to have the vet tech give you a brochure. My pets deserve more.
The only thing these people CARE about is money. They treat their staff like garbage and are the wholesale house for euthanasia for local shelters. Anything for a buck.
