Cherry Park is home to bottom of the barrel contractors and half-assed, cheap work. Since buying a property from them 6 months ago, I have experienced: - Garage doors falling from the ceiling TWICE because they shot screws into straight drywall instead of taking two seconds to find a stud. *They did send someone to repair the garage door when it broke up with the ceiling the first time. I contacted Travis because of an issue in the home I purchased from him. He listened, offered empathy and, after I sent him receipts of the repair/ he reimbursed me immediately. I was pleasantly surprised. In todays world he is a rare person who offers exemplary service, Thank you Travis for doing the right thing!
Travis is rude. Showed us a house and quoted a price, then raised the price $45,000. Also failed to mention the huge solar fields that will be 1/4 of a mile south of 14951 Evening Star rd Eudora Ks. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

If I could give a 0 I would. My mother in law has alzheimers and due to situations out of our control, we were unable to help her before her home was foreclosed on and sold. We talked to Georgeann and she said she would talk to her boss to see if we could get pictures and important documents. She never responded and i called and texted numerous times..
