2/5 – Nice house, but hidden costs added up Bought a home flipped by Cherry Creek Properties LLC. Overall it’s a nice house, but several issues have led to unexpected out-of-pocket expenses: water leaks, garage door problems, electrical issues, mismatched window sizes, dented siding, and incorrect screws used. I applied for a home with Cherry Park. I dealt with Travis and Connie. I immediately disclosed I might have something on my credit report I am actively disputing and that I have two Service animals. I was shown the home and my 100 dollar application fee was accepted. Immediately they illegally questioned me on why I needed two Service animals. It took them 4-5 days to come to a decision but not before requiring we get our esa dogs recertified even though our letter has no expiration. Upon receiving our receipt (an hour later... read more

Cherry Park is home to bottom of the barrel contractors and half-assed, cheap work. Since buying a property from them 6 months ago, I have experienced: - Garage doors falling from the ceiling TWICE because they shot screws into straight drywall instead of taking two seconds to find a stud. *They did send someone to repair the garage door when it broke up with the ceiling the first time. I contacted Travis because of an issue in the home I purchased from him. He listened, offered empathy and, after I sent him receipts of the repair/ he reimbursed me immediately. I was pleasantly surprised. In todays world he is a rare person who offers exemplary service, Thank you Travis for doing the right thing!

Travis is rude. Showed us a house and quoted a price, then raised the price $45,000. Also failed to mention the huge solar fields that will be 1/4 of a mile south of 14951 Evening Star rd Eudora Ks. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
