I recently had an experience at Cherry Orchard Dentistry in Greenville that I feel is important to share. The office itself is clean and organized, and the staff was generally polite, but my interaction with the main dentist Brian left me disappointed. During my visit, I was hoping to move forward with a treatment plan that involved removing two teeth at a time rather than all four at once. Doctor Cherry and his team are truly amazing. As someone who gets anxiety when going to the the dentist, especially considering that I just had several teeth extracted and I was nervous going in. They so understanding and I can honestly say I never felt anything during the procedure. Thank you to everyone that was there to help me during this procedure.
After a horrible experience with a local dentist, I was so at ease seeing Dr Cherry and his knowledge made me feel so much better about my recovery. Also, His front office staff is so kind and compassionate!
I came here several years ago for a wisdom tooth extraction that ended up turning into a jaw infection over the course of several months. I called them crying every week because the pain was taking over my life, only to be told I could take up to 3200 MG of ibuprofen per day. They only helped me after I woke up one morning to find the entire left size of my face swollen like a balloon. I had a WONDERFUL experience with Dr. Cherry !!! I can't say enough about the outstanding care I received from his entire staff. I certainly wasn't looking forward to the procedure. Dr. Cherry's warm personality, his professional expertise, his attention to my concerns, and his follow-up made this very pleasant. I highly recommend him and his entire team.
