This company was so quick to get us through the door and said we were qualified pay the $2500 to hold our home. We used their mortgage company FBC mortgage. We did everything they asked us to do and when underwriting denied us NOT ONE PERSON either company reached out. We were GHOSTED, no one explained what happened what went wrong NOTHING! When it was time for us to hear back from Starlight Homes no one called us my husband and I had to reach out by text, emails and voicemails to have our refund back. Although we are very happy here, our buying experience was not pleasant. The first loan officer I delt with, did not help me at all, causing me to lose my first contract. my sales rep could've been better as well. although she helped me get into anther house , I didn't get everything I was promised. and felt as if I wasn't a valued customer.
Really nice area, still in development but still an all around peaceful neighborhood
