Amongst negative reviews on here.. I wanted to leave a positive one for Dana at cherry hill imports and for all the young valet drivers and employees working up front. I received nothing but excellent service the whole time!
Charge me 750 dollars to change fluid in my transmission. What a ripoff and I told you what was wrong with my car.
This is one of the worst service departments i have ever dealt with. A few months ago we had a service appointment for an oil change. I was able to leave the car all day because I work close by. I get a call at 4pm telling me they could not complete my oil change (which is ridiculous you had my car for 8 hours) and wanted to keep the car overnight. Just wanted to reach out to and leave a review usually i am satisfied with VW service Dept my wife brought her 24 Atlas in for 30K service on Monday. Came home parked the car for 2 days and i noticed Oil leaking everywhere in my new driveway which was not common for any of my vehicles to leak Oil so after i open the hood to see i then find Oil all over the place on the motor and all down in the Lower plastic engine cover. If you're from around the area, and need work done on your Volkswagen -- go here. At the time they did not answer calls, no matter the time of day. In my experience, they'll choose what they want to do with your car and charge you however they please. The most important part is diagnosing your car's problem. If you don't want to shell out tons of money -- diagnose the issue here and get it fixed elsewhere.
