Extremely disappointing experience at Volkswagen Service in Cherry Hill. I brought my 2016 Volkswagen Passat in because the EPC warning light was illuminated and I was having concerns with how the vehicle was driving. I first paid $197.13 for a diagnosis, and I was told the problem was excessive carbon buildup. I then paid an additional $1,446.20 for the recommended repair, which included removing the intake manifold, manually cleaning the carbon buildup from the intake valves, reinstalling the manifold, clearing fault codes... read more

I usually have a good experience, but not this time. My back brakes on a 2 year old leased vehicle with 23k miles were grinding. My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 AM. I left the service center at 3:30 PM. It took almost 7 hours for just back brakes! That is an unacceptable and ridiculous amount of time for a back brake job. The ONLY positive from my visit to the service center was Bella. She was professional, kind, apologetic and accommodating.

I dropped my car off on Monday at 7:45 in the morning. I had an appointment. My check engine light was on, and I knew the part that I needed and it fell under my warranty. They were supposed to do a diagnostic on Monday to confirm the part because it did deal with the warranty, which I understood . The representative told me she would call me at 3 PM the latest. I had a very disappointing experience with this Volkswagen service department. We brought our car in only to have the check engine light diagnosed and repaired. When we returned to pick it up, the final bill was more than double what we were expecting, without a clear explanation that made us feel comfortable with the charges.
