The pilot light on my water heater stopped working, So I left a message for Mark at Cherry Hill on Sunday afternoon. By that evening, he had texted me back asking for some additional information, and the problem was resolved by Tuesday. He knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part, installed it, and I was back in business within two days. Great service!
