The lady's at the front were great and very helpful, great service
I was initially thrilled to find a nearby PCP that’s a DO. He was helpful when I initially went to urgent care to address having pleurisy. Unfortunately, my experience here for primary care was a completely different story. A few standard labs came back normal so I was told “there’s no easy answer” and asked if I want to speak with a counselor “to bounce ideas off of” as if my health struggles are all in my head. absolutely amazing front desk! They care about their patients! The doc is also very kind and understanding and he made sure to give me eye contact and came up with solutions! I couldn’t get that from my last pcp which is why I came here and I’ll never look elsewhere The people who work here are human angels without wings. I came in very upset and nervous and all over the place and they helped calm me down just by being so kind and nice. Highly recommend coming here for your care!!!
