No one ever shows up on time! The hours on website and door say open at 10am during the week. Made appointment for 10am, confirmed appointment multiple times, showed up on time and office was pitch black. Waited 20 min and no one ever showed. Why have spa “open” at 10am if no one shows?! Update: The explanation from company is a complete lie. I scheduled weeks in advance and yes they did email me back after I complained but did NOT offer to squeeze me in. Also this happened more than once.
