I would not recommend this place. I had my head spa yesterday and the experience was weird from the start. I arrived at the spa address and was then escorted down to the the other end of the shopping center to a hair and nail place that was closed. Once the masseuse got the lights and music on, he laid me down and proceeded to set everything up so all I heard was a bunch of banging right in my ear while he messed with the sink. Had the relaxing head wash/scalp treatment. I cant recommend it enough The place was very clean and the techs were amazing 👏 I wish the lights were a little dim The massage could have lasted 3 days 😉

So I love to come here to get my massages everytime I travel to Jersey to the winery. I always go on Groupon for the specials but call to see if can pay them directly instead of paying through Groupon. They always approve the prices from Groupon. Mt massages are always amazing. The next time I come I will need to get a deep tissue massage due to the knots in my body. I had a Groupon coupon for this facility and I called last night to make an appointment. She redeemed a coupon before I even got the service that was a red flag for me so I didn’t go to the appointment for 330 this afternoon. That’s bad business to me. How can you get paid for something you didn’t do yet my review is one star I shouldn’t be a one star, but it was the only one I can give. They don’t answer the phone. What’s really disappointing is how they switch up their prices. If you question it, they suddenly become "unavailable." Be very clear and cautious. And if your lashes start coming off, just go back in person—don’t bother calling. Even if it’s the next day, they’ll claim they can’t fix it just so they can charge you extra. Poor business practices. Don't advertise on Groupon to solicit customers but nickel and dime them when they get there.
