If I could put zero stars I would. How are you going to schedule me an appointment and then not answer the phone or door? They keep the door locked and you can hear them inside talking.
I used to love this clinic but it has gone downhill. I can never get through on the phones and they never call back unless I leave them multiple voicemails and emails. I'm in the process of switching clinics and I can't wait.

I really appreciate the effort by Dr Jose and her team by providing me with an appointment slot ,even though it was towards the end of the day .She is kind, listens to all our concerns. Great Doctor..
