When I moved into area from out of state I was pleased to find a clinic so close to my home. I spent upwards of $500 for routine care(exam and needed vaccines for my cat and dog. I was pleased with the clinic for routine care needed. But when I really needed emergency care for my cat on a Thursday afternoon for a swelling neck and potential airway issue I was told they were "too busy" to see my cat. Today was my first time coming to this vet, they got me in the day I called and were so nice and extremely helpful! They showed me the prices & options of what I could do for my pet before doing anything! They explained everything very well & most importantly took great care of my cat :) I will definitely be going back! Thank you so much cherry hill animal clinic for the great service & prices !!
I no longer use this clinnic, why, I amn working 6 days a week right now and my dog either sprained her knee or blew it out. I called to get pain meds until I could get her in (9 days later). I was told NO it had been just over 1 year since her last well visit. REALLY because you have treated both of my dogs for 8 years. Whatever. I will no longer recommend this clinnic to anyone.
The staff is so compassionate and caring toward both the pet and the owner. I have been a happy customer for over 10 years. The facility is always clean.
