I am not happy. I thought thus was a good place until they started lying. My drug test came back positive and I have never taken a drug in MY LIFE. Im looking for a different doctor.
I wish I could give this place a zero star, I was so disappointed with my “service”. I went in to my appointment I had scheduled 3 months in advance because that was the earliest they could get me in. I come in for an x-ray to be told that they won’t be able to do a cleaning for another 4 months. Who wants to wait 7 months to have a simple cleaning? I was never made aware until they took my x-ray then gave me the news. I’m never coming back to this place again. It was a waste of my time
My 92 year old mother made an appointment here for a new doctor. They called and changed the appointment, we went at the new day and time, but we were told the appointment had been canceled. They had canceled and had not called to inform us. Seems this is common at Cherry Health. We went with a different doctor.
