There is one male receptionist at the hastings office that was really rude to my wife.My wife was three minutes late for her appointment.She called them ahead of time, and told them that she was going to be late, and they said that wasn't going to be a problem.She got here and the gentleman at the front desk was rude to her and absolutely refused to let her in turned her away needing her prescriptions.Now she's in so much pain because she don't have her prescriptions.
I am not happy. I thought thus was a good place until they started lying. My drug test came back positive and I have never taken a drug in MY LIFE. Im looking for a different doctor.
I wish I could give this place a zero star, I was so disappointed with my “service”. I went in to my appointment I had scheduled 3 months in advance because that was the earliest they could get me in. I come in for an x-ray to be told that they won’t be able to do a cleaning for another 4 months. Who wants to wait 7 months to have a simple cleaning? I was never made aware until they took my x-ray then gave me the news. I’m never coming back to this place again. It was a waste of my time
