AC never works in the summer and the loudest and crazy people who live in the area and no guards at around to help with the problem and these are clearly apartments
Absolutely unacceptable. Cherry Glen was in the news last year for having no A/C during a heatwave and here we are again, nothing has changed. The chiller system is still broken, and they’ve done NOTHING to replace or fix it long-term. I’ve contacted them so many times because I have a service animal (a husky!) and my condo has reached the low 90s. Every day I worry I’ll come home and find her passed out from the heat.
