We had a fantastic experience working with Sam on what initially was going to only be a bathroom renovation, but we expanded the project several times along the way. We bought our house from flippers, who had basically put lipstick on a pig in covering up flaws in the house in several key regards. Sam and his crew did a full bathroom remodel for me in December 2014, taking things down to the studs. They rebuilt a pocket door, put in new drywall, a ceiling fan, laid down tile, built a wall for a shower, recommended all products, and probably most relevant to Yelp readers, 100% stuck by the bid price that we agreed to prior to the project.
