Amazing experience - Merdad walked me through various rug sizes and materials, and was very knowledgeable about the geography and history of each rug. Very happy with my rug and customer service and recommend this shop to all my friends and family.
The owner of this store is....something. Approach at your own risk. I was parked behind the building he's in for about an hour (I'm a customer in an appointment at the store next to his - and there was a sign saying customers of where I was going can park there) and he blocks my car into his parking lot with his car, tells multiple people he's going to key my car, goes and messes with my car while I'm inside (the car records video), stands in front of my car when I try to leave so I stay blocked in, tells me that I'm not all... read more

Very poor quality material. Prices are gouged. I would stay away. Consider the fact. This business chains a ladder to the light pole at the intersection of third and Steele. Amd hangs rugs from the ladder. I've seen them hanging out there in rain and snow. I would hate to buy a rug that was left outside for multiple days on end.
