Was very friendly, but once I wasn't instantly approved she started avoiding emails, text messages, etc.. had to reach out to the realtor who also said she wasn't answering for him. I have sent multiple emails from beginning of December to ask for updates and never heard back from her. Continue to get emails from her, but nothing in response to what I have asked for.
