Darryl was an phenomenal financer. His team and him both did an outstanding job communicating with myself and my realtor to get us the most up to date numbers as well different scenarios and explaining each individual item listed on forms. He makes an obvious effort to address his clients concerns and identifies resources that can help lower closing costs. I Thank God for sending Darryl to save the day. He did what he does best and that’s make it happen. After being 2 weeks away from closing, I received devastating news that our previous lender/ loan fell apart.
