Cherry Creek HOA is out for money money money and that is it. Dani the HOA manager - over times did not return homeowner phone calls - very unprofessional manager - she wouldn't deal with everyone on the board and did not know our declarations at all - they will upcharge you on everything $100.00 an hour upcharge on a lot of items that should be included in the monthly fee you pay - she says she has an assistant - if this is so then why charge the upcharge fees when they are not working overtime to put the information in -... read more
Cherry Creek HOA Professionals and Dani Esch are extremely unprofessional and do not serve to better an HOA community. Dani consistently ignores serious safety issues for years while fighting with owners over violations. I fear that she is incentivized by violations and it appears to be the only thing she does within the HOA. She is very unprofessional in her conduct and vindictive against owners. This entity took over management of a condominium community where we own a townhouse. It would be more appropriate to describe their actions as mismanagement or total lack of management. A few months ago, I reported that the railing on the stairs to the front door had rusted through and broken. I sent photographs and described how the broken railing posed a safety risk and requested that they fix or replace it. Nothing happened to fix the railing. Unprofessional. Poor judge.
Cherry Creek HOA manages EQH in Aurora. They are terrible at keeping their records straight and communicating with the residence. They falsely sued me for not paying the HOA fees, which I can prove through banking statements. Included in the lawsuit is a fee for not painting my house, which I never received notice from the HOA about painting my house.
