Add to the list of their bad reviews. They did a random charge to my HSA card without telling me, no message, no receipt, nothing. If I hadn't looked at my account I would never had known. Contacted them about it and they said they refunded it, nope it is a lie. They also created an appointment in my name without my asking for it. Guessing they were going to try and charge me yet again for nothing. They sent me for an MRI for blood pressure pain in my face, I paid 100% out of pocket. Disappointed with Billing Practices and Access Issues While the staff at Cherry Creek Heart has always been kind and professional, I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Kohli and the clinic’s billing department. It appears the focus has shifted more towards immediate payment rather than proper billing procedures, especially for patients with complex insurance situations. The Doctor was great. Unfortunately her staff was very unprofessional. Dean straight lied about what the fees were going to be. Told me one thing and charged me way more. When I called to talk about he just hung up on me. Very disappointed.
Dr. Sarah Jacobs was great! Explained everything clearly and her recommendations made sense.
