Not a bad place to live. No washers in units, but price is decent and they keep it up pretty well.
Moved here from another complex in town. This place is a complete 360. They actually have a maintenance team who complete work orders on time. They keep the outside of the property looking good too. Would recommend to move here.
I have been renting here going on two years now and the Landlords Heidi and Henry are super nice and genuine! Very responsive when you need something done and they have been very accommodating and resourceful. Everything you would want in a landlord. Thank you Cherry Creek 😁
