Unprofessional approach to hiring. I sent a resume in through a job search web site and received an invitation for a video interview from Adam Doll within 30 minutes. The video interview was scheduled for 10am cst and lasted about 30 minutes. Adam was lounging comfortably from his couch in Tampa Fl, and explained that his assistant would contact me about the next steps within a couple of days.
