I have used Cherry City Bookkeeping for 20 years. I have referred many family and friends. I at no time was ever thanked for sending customers their way. As long as you have no questions or reason to have issues, straight forward taxes, they do fine. Should any problem exist, the office staff take on a very unprofessional, rude, unacceptable behavior and all customer service skills, empathy and compassion are non existent.
