Air conditioner isn’t working properly. Fan works but the air conditioner/ cooling doesn’t. It was 97 degrees and I get full afternoon and evening sun. They won’t fix or replace until it completely breaks. The fan is not enough and it’s messed up going outside felt better because it’s not so stuffy from being enclosed in a hot box. Nothing else about this place matters

We moved in thinking it looked nice and peaceful, well taken care of, managed well. NO, to all. Nothing but problems with above neighbors, from day one. Management makes excuses for them, they feel sorry for them. They are drug addicts, we smell it daily in our apartment, from them . They wake us up at all hours stomping around and yelling, and blaring music. And there were threats made day one also. But that's okay...

I was here for two years and moved out this past weekend because I bought my first home. I really liked it here. Maintenance is super quick to respond, anytime I call the office, i'm able to reach someone, its a small and pretty quiet complex. There's a handful of tweakers that come up and down Cherry St, probably trying to stay close to the liquor store at the bottom of the hill, but other than digging through the garbage bins every once in a while, they dont really care for much else in the complex or mess with anything or... read more
