I was here for two years and moved out this past weekend because I bought my first home. I really liked it here. Maintenance is super quick to respond, anytime I call the office, i'm able to reach someone, its a small and pretty quiet complex. There's a handful of tweakers that come up and down Cherry St, probably trying to stay close to the liquor store at the bottom of the hill, but other than digging through the garbage bins every once in a while, they dont really care for much else in the complex or mess with anything or... read more
I want to begin this by saying that I have lived in several different apartment complexes during my time in the military, but I have never dealt with the negative experiences that I have had while living at the Cherry Ridge Apartments. My wife's car got stolen from their lot and they had little to no regard to the situation, we called to inform them but after several days they never got back to us.
