Terrible experience. I booked an appointment weeks in advance, confirmed it the morning of, and arrived early. Halfway through, the staff kept interrupting, and then one of them (manager or owner) barged into the room, claiming I didn't have an appointment. She made me prove I called, all while the door was wide open and another customer was outside. It was humiliating and unprofessional.
