Unfortunatelt this business has shut down. The man in charge failed to inform his employees of this sad situation and instead emailed them with a revised schedule saying "business closed permanently" the morning they were to return to work after the holidays. He lied about the state of affairs and made his employees lie to customers. There were birthday parties scheduled throughout the month of january and no one has been informed of the shutdown. I had originally given this business 5 stars because we love coming here. That's why we scheduled my son's 5th birthday here. I was impressed with their pricing for parties and we were all excited to finally be doing something other than a party at home. Then bad weather hit and on the thursday before the party they closed. I kept checking back to see if they'd open by the party on Saturday, and finally they posted on their Facebook that they'd be open! We were so happy. I took my son here after school thinking it would be fun but I was terribly wrong. The girl behind the counter had no control. We learned her name very quickly because the kids congregated at the counter to talk to her. Rachel should definitely consider a career as a babysitter. We had to brave a mob of children to enter the store and they were banging on the windows to get one another's attention.
