I’ve been coming to this beauty supply since 2015, back when I was in cosmetology school in Royal Oak. This last visit really changed how I feel about this place. I asked to see two necklaces one 16” and one 18” and the lady took both from the locked compartment and handed them to me to compare. When I asked if I could unclasp them to see how they fell around my neck, she flat out said no. On 10/25/25 I made a purchase and it was debited from my bank account and my credit card on the same day. When I went up there (10/29/25) trying to explain what happened the female cashier was so rude to me. I’ve been a customer for so long with them but the way I was treated made me feel like I was trying to scam them. Cherry Beauty Supply you’ve lost a long time customer by the way you treated me. I hope you have better employee etiquette on dealing with the public. Signed a disappointed customer!
