Just bought my son his first car.its been about 8 years since I bought a used car. They know cars. there were a couple items broken on the car we picked, and they fixed them before we finalized sale. 2 smart hard working guys. much better than any other used car lot I've been to. no bait and switch. no used car dealer tricks
This is what used car buying should look like. Easy to deal with sales people, no pressure atmosphere, lots of selection and price options. Great experience all around.
They are ok. Everything worked out for us you just have to watch them, keep them honest throughout the entire transaction. Documentation was late but the car was and is good. They are kind of snappy like they forget we are helping them, like they are sooooooo busy all the time this is why they are late. No I did not like that! But the car was and is good, they want to make that sell so they do a very good job with the honesty of the car and that part.
We went in with an appointment to look at a Toyota Rav 4. Mike was very personable and up front about the history of the vehicle. They are very easy to work with. Shane, who does the financial part, was also very helpful and upfront about everything. We ended up getting the Toyota. I would return here for future vehicles.
DO NOT SHOP HERE- ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FEMALE! I bought a GMC Terrain from Cherry Auto Group for my 16-year-old son. He was thrilled to get his first car. That excitement didn’t last long—the vehicle is now undrivable due to a serious repair issue the day after bringing the car home. And it’s been nothing but a nightmare trying to get help.
