I bought a Honda CR-V from this dealer a couple of months ago and have mixed feelings. I bought an 08 pt cruiser very low mileage very reason pricing. They have financing plans available if you need it!! Shawn is your man he did me right. They took on a rather big project for my car as he went the extra miles not mile miles for me. He made sure everything was absolutely safe for me and my babies in my new car. I highly recommend Cherry Auto group. My car is literally brand new now. Shawn and Nick are amazing. Their customer service beats any one any where near me they are honest and not crooks.
Please DONT GO HERE!!! You'll get ripped off and feel dumb. I was told some many people called about this vehicle. It was a great car, and had no issues, they just did a full inspection.... all lies. 5 days after I bought the car, the check engine light came on. This is where it goes all downhill. I tried 3 times to buy a car from here. They tell me it’s sold when it’s not. They didn’t return my calls and wouldn’t even give me a quote on the car. That car is now sold but it’s been a period of 2.5 weeks since my initial call. This is a game playing business and I just wanted to pay cash and go but nah. And then they list their location on Facebook in strongsville when really they’re in north Randall. That should be an indication that they’re dishonest. I should not have even tried to do business here.
