This morning, I rode bus 11 from Keizer Station to Lancaster Dr. The bus driver " Carnel " gave the most EXCELLANT SERVICE! Carnel was very friendly, greeted me with a smile and asked me how I was doing. He drove the bus very safely and smoothly. We also had a great chat! Carnel was a joy to have as my driver this morning. Keep Shining Carnel! Your kindness is what makes the world a better place!

The customer service and the people that work here deal with so much crap you can applaud cherriots. Wonderful people that deserve a good retirement I'm with mental learning disabilities. I've always been treated correctly. Security does a really good job making sure no one causes unnecessary problems too which is nice. But most certainly the bus drivers are the ones that deserve the most applaud, dealing with the front lines is never fun but they do it and they're great drivers. You can trust cherriots with there system.

Nice to use the buss. But we went on the wrong one to head back to downtown transit stationin Salem oregon Told the buss driver where we where going. Took us to the wrong stop with my sister on a wheel chair. Told us to walk a block to the other side for that buss to take us to downtown transit station in Salem. Walked. Took the buss got back and never went on the buss on Salem oregon again.

They're great when they actually stop for me which is less and less lately. Sometimes I wonder if i have to get hit by a Cherriots bus to get them to notice me.
